There are so many cheap and cheap tasting Montepulciano d'Abruzzos out there, it’s a difficult varietal to get through. This one though, at ~$13 a bottle is a real steal. It’s earthy and dry, with plenty of spice and fruit.
I think it’s my new house wine.

Full bodied, dry but too much, slightly floral with some bark and tartness. Pretty nice! Very decent weak day wine
