Frais et agréable. Bel apéro. Notes de fruits à chair blanche et de sucre d'orge.

Oxydative chardonnay with a wide palette of aromas, rich yet balanced by a good lenght shared between a dosed acidity and ripe fruit after taste. A rigorous winemaker negociant wine.

Slight acidity. Preserved lemon, biscuits and waxy things. No obvious changed during 3hrs

Totally oxidized and saline. Like a watered down Oloroso someone dropped the salt into. Maybe a bad bottle.

Cleaner, single vineyard, mineral, Apple. Medium bodied, light creamy note. Melon, pineapple. East facing slopes.
