First night started off as a Pyrazine Party - out of balance. Next day the wine transforms - jalapeño, bell pepper, black pepper nose, beautiful balanced peppery melange on palate. Chewy tannins on finish.

Slightly fruity, not bad, drinkable...definitely needs decanting; much much better when finishing the bottle the second day!!! :)
