Beautiful salinity. Perfect pairing with some oysters. Not keen on the balance - Sweet sour. Acidity doesn't sweep up the sweetness after. Kabinett in style, but this isn't Mosel, it's Clare. Classic Clare apple strudel character, according to a friend - don't drink enough tbh.
