Oct 27th, 2017Harder than other wines in the line up. Enormous structure and hard youth, roasting pig and bacon, hot chili pepper, some humming acid and quite assertive tannin. Although 20 plus years old, some of the youngest vines in Ridge’s portfolio and showing their ruggedness. Great, rustic, ballsy.
