So much to like. Very complex, cigar box, pepper, cedar, plum/prune, cherry but also a little obvious oxidation. It’s old. It’s a lovely wine I’d happily drink again but... it was Press Restaurant’s last bottle. 😉

I caught this bottle seeping in my cellar so decided it was time to pull the cork. Still had good fill level. Great dark color and quite tannic. Fruit is drying out however and there just wasn't much there of interest. Not sure how much this may have had to do with the cork, but not up to the level of other Ridge PS I've had from this era.
