Very nice 100% Roussanne from Paso Robles.

Golden round fruit, grassy Paso terroir, with the structure of a barrel ferment. Fantastic and enjoyable now, but harkens for autumn notes of roasted Quail with wild rice stuffing with golden raisins, lavender, and fire roasted veg.

Enjoy over next three years, possibly more
