This Riddoch 2015 Cab Sauv is currently on special at @danmurphys for about $16. Visionary pioneer John Riddoch was the founder of the Coonawarra fruit colony in 1891 and today 'Riddoch Wines' are crafted by winemaker Neil Doddridge.
It's a deep red-black plum colour on the eye with smooth notes of violets, blackberries and mint on the nose. It's easy drinking with juicy acidity and smooth flavours and tannins. Good red quaffer for under $20.
