Was your barbera so bad that you had to dry it before pressing it? Or did you just purposely make a bad appasimento wine? either way, good try.

May 6th, 2017Light ruby for colour, ripe bouquet, fruit forward character with cherry notes. No acidity to speak of, though a little dry. Very much a fruity wine if you drink it right away after opening, which also gives you a headache in the morning.
