Crisp and yeasty. Bread crust with lemon zest. The flowers were a little tired but the mouthfeel was silky and smooth.

Toasted in 2022 in Ocean City MD with just us, after witnessing a wet soggy foggy fireworks show from quite far and keeping social distancing. Yes that balanced yeasty toasty taste which went well with food next night. Excellent value.
