Very impressive Pinot. Signs of age dissipated after 20 minutes in glass. Softened beautifully and over delivered. Touch of whole cluster add nuance.

Aromatics were a little lacking yet the fruit on the palate was in abundance.

Fabulous fruit acid balance. Drinking well now. Reminiscent of a well structured Cote de Nuit with a little more fruit. One of the better California style Pinots I have had in a while. Bottom line: Rhys Horeshoe, Skyline and Alpine all need 10 years.
