Alpine Vineyard Pinot Noir
I really love Rhys with some age. This one is really entering a nice drinking window

Fun Friday night wine. The texture is insane and highlight of this wine. The floral finish is killer, too. Aromatics are a bit simple and shut down. Gonna have to keep my hands off the other bottle for some years...

Nov 23rd, 2014Beautiful nose that fits exactly what I might expect, just elevated. Cherry, pine and herbs. Limestone, roses, bellpepper and bandaged cheddar. On the palate, things haven't quite come together yet. Harsh and mean. The pyrazines dominate. Wait a little longer?
