Minerally on nose which don’t love, Fruit middle, Nice tail. Perfect with food but not solo
Perfect fresh pour with steak, once breathed is good solo

Very dry but so smooth on the pallet. Had this after 2 dirty bombay saffire martinis and muscles. Could easily drink on a cold night by the fire. It has a slight hit of cherry and vanilla that is just a perfect balance.

Smooth, velvety finish. Rich in tannins with bold taste. Taste blackberries, licorice.

Excellent soft bold cab from Red mountain. Solid tannins but well integrated. Not overly oaked. Very supple after being open a few hours

Very dark cherry flavors, strong tannins, not very acidic.

Packed full of the normal cab fruit with hints of a banana and clove type situation

Definitely rivals the stuff up on the Shining Hill

Oak dominates. Lots of vanilla sweetness
