Slightly more tropical for the Loire. Something that's like green-figs or cactus fruit on the nose. Still dry and acidic enough to pair with arugula salad and whole roasted lemon chicken.

Mineral, clear notes with mix of apples and apricots and warm stone, ending with very slight funk. A bit on the sweet side for me but still dry... Nice counterpoint to pasta showered with salty Pecorino

2013 vintage. Nose is wet stone and fresh cut grass. Palate is bone dry, mineral driven, and has a pithy/lemon rind quality. Wonderful budget white. Pairs well with seafood.
