Forward tannins, medium body. Bit of spice, vanilla, tarty. Flavorful and lingers. Unlike any Pinot I’ve had, it’s definitely a pairing wine (think meat-oriented charcuterie or spicy food or even mushroom dishes.) Good but not so much on its own.
