Ooh this is a nice #pasoroblescab . Medium body, expressive fruit with a nice jammy nose. I can see why @Shannon Hurley compares this to Italian reds, with the layers of spice and earth. The tannins are thick but sophisticated. I can imagine this with a Gorgonzola topped steak.

Blackberry, slight vanilla, and currant on the nose. Gripping but enjoyable tannins at the front, full bodied and full of raspberry jam fruit with a hint of currant in the middle, and a smooth velvety finish with a mild tart/dryness. Really intriguing and solid wine!
