Solid Bourgogne level Pinot. And very cheap. Tart cherry/berry/pomegranate fruit in the nose. A whiff pine forest underbrush. Some nice cracked stone minerals. Mouthfilling but on the lean and tart side. Drying finish. A good quaffer with food.

Jun 27th, 2018Such a great value. Very Burgundian yet very Oregon. Nose has characteristic sappy cherry, a beautiful gravelly earthiness, and a cinnamon-like note. Palate shows dark cherry, great minerality and a fresh forest floor thing. Nice concentration. Balanced and pure. Will improve for a year or two.
