Vintage 2010 / Too young, I am afraid. Half transparant color with brown rim. The nose seemed closed, but even after two hours in the decanter the smell is shy. A very lightish strawberry impression, plums. A bit spicy. The taste is very powerfull, friendly though after aeration. Smooth. This top cuvee of Legrand is able to age well. Good balance. Cabernet franc at its best. / Paired with lambsmeat and pepperbell. And with French cheese Epoisses.
