Nice acidity & minerality. Big juicy, green apple & pear. This was a nice Gewürztraminer with Thanksgiving dinner last week.

Korean fusion food and a superb match!

Slightly on sweetie side. Great floral bouquet. Easy drinking wine for a sunset or pre-dinner drinks

Was perfect with our pots of Traditional French mussels. A perfect balance of fruit and acids to complete and complement the meal. I'm thinking on other menus - all shellfish/fish oriented. Whitefish Veronique could be perfect!

Slightly unbalanced but otherwise enjoyable. Perfect for a Thursday dinner
