The village of Pommard is beautiful, but I’ve struggled with the wines. Any harsh edge has finally lifted and there’s terroir here, but you have to reach for it.

Less than complicated or spectacular. Light bodied with some fruit left, and some tart underbrush that dissipated in the glass. Had this with M, CL, ML & VV over an awesome game dinner.
