On the palate it's medium-bodied with a delicate mousse and refreshing slightly tart cherry, raspberry, spice and mineral flavors. Long finish. 100% Pinot Noir from the 2010 vintage sourced from from Premier Cru sites in Cumieres. No ML. Fermented in open-top vats before spending 30 months sur lie.
