Such an awesome unique rosé. Much more redness about it than other rosé sparklers. Hibiscus, tropical herbal tea, sharp mousse...just wine nerd stuff here.

Orange hued vivid pink color with an abundance of tiny bubbles and appealing exuberant strawberry, cherry, raspberry, spice and smoky mineral aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied with a delicate mousse and refreshing slightly tart cherry, raspberry, spice and mineral flavors. Long finish. 100% Pinot Noir from the 2010 vintage sourced from from Premier Cru sites in Cumieres. No ML. Fermented in open-top vats before spending 30 months sur lie.
