Geoffroy crushing it again. This is so delicious. Brilliant, effusive aromatics, flashy yet focused. There a verticality to the wine and its sheds the ripeness on the palate, moving into core of acidity. Hits all the marks for me and is silly how much value is here. 36% PM, 34% PN, 30% CH, 2/2016 disgorgement.

Pale yellow color with very energetic tiny bubbles and a fine bead, and restrained yeast, fresh apple, and a touch of vanilla aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied, and elegant with high acidity (a tad too much for my palate), and tart apple, pear, and mineral flavors. Long finish Dosed at 5g/L Blend of 70% 2010 and 30% 2009 vintages and 50% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay

Pronounced cherry and citrus aromatics. Wet clay minerality. Lively, with great cut and lift. Perfectly balanced dosage. Speaks loudly of place. 9/13 disgorgement

Every bit as scrumptious as I remember and after nearly four years since disgorgement it is calmer, more knowing and relaxed like one whose presence puts one at ease. René Geoffroy marvels once again!

Moved on to secondary aromas and flavors. Acidity is holding up

A little on the slutty side and not complaining. Yellow apple, Bosc pear, lemon with a hint of vanilla. Very approachable.

Pretty damn good. Think cherry-lemonade curd, minerals, with bracing acidity.
