Montre-Cul Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Sneaking a peek at the Montre-Cul with the some Dijon chicken. Charles Curtis has really got me fired up on these historic sites of Burgundy... This wine comes from north of Marsannay and the tight, dark, reticent character of the wine matches it's borderline location. For a wine this tight and brooding, it sure did go down fast with the chicken. The mystery of Burgundy!
