Mar 3rd, 2018This bottle tasted dumb to me in the blind tasting... very tartaric style acid driven with not a lot going on. Other people reviewed this as very expressive but I found it to be tart and green... sadly.

Oct 9th, 2017Boom! Off the charts good and great QPR for white burg. White flowers, mandarin skin, white fig and honey on the nose. The palate explodes with apricot, tart apple, beeswax, and some toasted brioche. Crisp and complex mineral driven acidity, nicely balanced. Could use another year or three. @Martin G Rivard @David L try this side by side to the Texture. Thanks to @ADAM STROMFELD for the recommendation.

Apr 17th, 2017Pleasant nose of dried cherries, touch of barny straw, wet riverbank clay, subtle faint strawberry. Palette is dried cherries and hints of cranberry mixed with flint on the finish. Just earthy Burgundy!
