Like an orchestra with every instrument hitting the perfect note. A streak of minerals, earth and plums hypnotized my nose. In the mouth the definition of complexity. A drop of funk perfectly wrapping itself around a core of fruit that is awash in herbs and minerals. All of these instruments playing together with none of them trying to perform a solo .
