Remoissenet Père et Fils
Rully Chardonnay

2014 one. Cork smelt weird and couldn't put my finger on it. Not much nose to the glass. Tasted first kinda tart like a Granny Smith does. Kept sipping and sniffing and decided the cork was probably like a clovey mulled cider which made me happier about it. Wine smell seemed fresher and taste got less sour as I went down. Pretty nice but largely felt on the sides and back of my tongue - I'm not sure I agree with the woman in the shop that suggested it when I couldn't afford her Montrachet.
