A few sips of this works well with the Hip Bao Food… not sure if this Chinese or what strain of Asian…. But the wine works well with it

Virtual wine tasting on Friday evening with some friends and a local wine shop. This was the first wine. I tasted notes of green apple, pear and honey. Enjoyable South African Chenin.
