Artefact Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Took an hour to unwind. Great cab.

opened beautifully, vanilla/white pepper/sage/ cocoa/blue notes....then shut down, needs time or decanting, very consistent

Definitely a big boy. Enjoyable now but will improve with more time. Structure is there to let it sit. Mike Hirby simply makes great juice.

15.3% of alcohol but still beautiful in the taste, very dark ripe fruit, anise and with spice at the end

A very rounded cab. Good oak.
