The color, a beautiful dark yellow color. The smell, I get ice wine vibes. Has a petroleum smell with something sweet like candied apples. On first sip, not as sweet as I was expecting, which I'm happy with. Has quite a complex flavor for a gewurtz. I get peach, dried apricot, lemon. There's a spice to it too but can't really put my finger on it. Overall, pretty up there for a gewurtz.
