The quality of sekt these days is overwhelming. I think that's a good thing for the German wines status. This one from Von Buhl has a nutty taste when you serve at 13°. I ate a salade next to it with mushrooms and tomatoes. Really surprising.

Surprising interesting and bone dry. First Riesling sparkler I've had and this is quit good. Crisp, pleasantly tart with a green apple thing going on.
