The quality of sekt these days is overwhelming. I think that's a good thing for the German wines status. This one from Von Buhl has a nutty taste when you serve at 13°. I ate a salade next to it with mushrooms and tomatoes. Really surprising. — 7 years ago

One of the best producers in the Mosel area for sure. This is to young to drink now but I tasted this at the winery. They served me the wine at 10°. The lady said: sorry that he is so cold.
