I gave up on finding dry German Riesling in the States 20 years ago, and here I am at an Oktoberfest in Alameda and randomly sampling this “bone dry” Riesling - and surprise, it is actually dry. Fascinating!! And the importer is based in Carlsbad, so now I need to launch some serious research. Crisp, balanced, and yes, on the dry side. 😊

Very dry light riesling with light bubbles, not too fruity and opes up nicely. Perfect for everyday drinking

Girlfriend picked this up for birthday dinner. Peach and floral aromas. Higher acid balances the sweet and has a light grassy flavor with strong peach/pear. Very enjoyable and would have again!

Hipster wijn van Von Buhl? goede marketing in ieder geval.
medium strogeel. inderdaad behoorlijk droog, grapefruit, hintje sinasappel, appel, citrus. Hoog in de zuren uiteraard, gelukkig niet te hoog op de alcohol, 12°, redelijk vroeg geoogst vermoed ik.
Licht en smaakvol. Mooie basiswijn, lekker fris, prima bij de vegan tandoori.

Ripe pear & peach with a touch of honey melon. Not unlike a Weißburgunder. Very fresh & dry on the palate, with yellow fruit and a nice slight spritz. Finishes with razor sharp lemons.
Nothing over complex nor complicated but great drinkability.
And gotta love the label!
