On the palate this has good definition and balance , driving mineral , slate tinged acidity . Good citrus tinged finish . This was a really good match with the sushi , enough fruit, body and acidity to match . Quite generous but balanced . From now and probably over the next 8-10 years.

Very spätlese jn style with a dark golden hue, layers of ripe peach, honey and green walnut. Spicy and with character - misses a bit of acidity to balance out.
