Slightly green, would like to have had this later down the road.

So good--red berries & spice. Didn't realize this was Kermit Lynch wine, but now it makes sense. A wonderful pairing with Moroccan chicken and quinoa & feta stuffed peppers.

Subtle, balanced, and smooth. Great fruit characters with a slight touch of spice. Berries for days.

Raspberries, black cherries, rhubarb, cloves, vanilla bean. Excellent acidity/smooth velvet tannin balance. Light bodied, juicy mouthfeel, pencil shavings, tart strawberries on finish.

Second bottle on 12/15/2012 night.

Nose: green pepper, plum, black cherry, toast, soil & oaky.

Palate: sweet, cherry finish, a little bit oaky. Very well tannic structure, very well balanced between acidity & sweetness.

Very smooth, elegant & fruity wine.
