Sparkling Malbec to start our NYE 2013 dinner at NAO. I like my bubbly dry, but this guy was a bit over the top. The dryness somewhat overwhelmed the wine's flavor profile.

Peachy and pink. Very dry. Toasty. Hint of grapefruits. Like I said, Dry. Not much Malbec stuff. Pretty decent standard bubbles.

Good sparkling rosé of Malbec to cool down after spicy food. Impression of sweetness from the strawberry, fruity flavors, but totally dry.
