This is my first Italian Sauvignon Blanc. Has the a nice acidity on the nose, but with a little more minerality. A slight yeasty almost dense bread. There is something else on the nose that I can't figure out. Not a bad smell, but something that I can't pinpoint. I like the acidity on the palate. It is lots of that mineral taste on the finish. Finished nice. A great summertime cheese eating wine! It comes in a short pudgy bottle.
