Dark red with jammy fruit aromas, almost sweet with some cooking spices. On the palate chewy jammy blackberry and raspberry flavors with cinnamon and vanilla spices. Grainy tannins were noted on the finish which had some awkward oak on the ending.

Nice drinking wine - not really like other cab savs. More sweet and smooth with medium to little body. That being said it was fun too to enjoy.

This would be an average low end California cab, but you pay a premium for the organic label. Watery and nondescript in the start but finished better.
