About what I'd expect from a NY wine. Nose lacks fruit or life and the finsh is harsh and a little astringent. Interesting for where it's from and how it's made. But I'll pass, even if given to me.

Enjoyed at the winery, but this bottle was quite thin in body and flavor. Light cherry and rhubarb notes. Drinkable and tasty, but a weaker wine.
