Light to medium body, it has lovely floral notes balanced by an earthy minerality and combined with a hint of fresh raspberries. In the mouth it is smooth with a zesty acidity and a hint of spice to go with the lovely red fruit. This would pair perfectly with a grilled pork tenderloin, or a cedar plank salmon! 20$-25$ CAN
