Lots of green character and some under ripe tannin but the age has given it great fungi, dusty notes. A little air mellows out the slightly aggressive, front ended tannins making it a delightful, bright quaff.

Fruit forward, cherry, plum, berries. Structurally, it has nice, grippy tannin. It maybe needs a little more acid and body to really elevate it. Solid Merlot effort for this region.
