This is a very fine Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay one of my favourite regions in Australia for Chardonnay. This wine is well balanced with fine oak maturation leaving a light butter taste on the pallet but still fruit driven with an acidity over tone that complements the wine perfectly. Great drop from a great winery. Highly recommend for Chardonnay drinkers.
