This is a very fine Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay one of my favourite regions in Australia for Chardonnay. This wine is well balanced with fine oak maturation leaving a light butter taste on the pallet but still fruit driven with an acidity over tone that complements the wine perfectly. Great drop from a great winery. Highly recommend for Chardonnay drinkers. — 10 years ago
Exteemley good on the nose, great body and structure for a young wine. Good fruit up front mixed with a slight hint of pepper and mineral tones at the back of the pallet. Drinking well now but will be exceptional with some cellaring. — 10 years ago

This 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon still had some ripe fruit flavours along with complexed structural tannins. A combination of earthy tones of tobacco and spices such as cumin with a hint of capsicum and an underlying anise. A lovely long finish on the back of the palate. — 9 years ago
