2011 Recuerdo Gran Corte - 60% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot & 5% Petit Verdot. Showing beautiful layers of black fruits, spice and earth. Not a over the top and extracted like you may think. Very pretty wine.

2011. Bordeaux-ish blend minus the Cab, but 60% Malbec. Tight nose of red/ dark fruit with a hint of herb and some floral note. This is young but struts its potential with a nice balance of red and dark fruits, complementary acids and tannins. This is needs a few years to come together and when it does, deeyyamn! Glad I have more.
