This is for the 100% Bittuni from Recanati. Brambly fruit basket of fresh/juicy and jammy red plum, blueberry, raspberry, and sour cherry. Violet and lavender. Medium acidity, short finish, thin and metaly on palate.

Perhaps (Probably even) the best Israeli wine I’ve ever tasted.

Excellent wine with very high acidity, tasted a like a soft grenache version. Quite high in tannines with a slightly bitter burn. Forward fruit.

What a unique and cool wine. A Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache crossing. Delicious. Even better on the second day.

Here is another beautiful wine from Israel.
Dark ruby / inky in color with a purplish rim.

Big nose of vanilla, cedar, alcohol, cloves, blackberries, figs, cooked plums, nutmeg and white pepper.

Full-bodied, smooth and elegant with gorgeous legs.

Extremely fruity and dry on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, figs, plums, raisins, vanilla, cedar, cloves and peppercorn.

Long finish with smooth, round yet full tannins and black pepper.

What a great Napa Valley, Cabernet look alike.

This Marselan French grape was made from a cross between the Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache varietals.

This awesome wine, is still a baby, and would be even better in 3 to 5 years.
Only 6570 numbered bottles made. This is number 5624. Very cool.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

HWT - Heather liked this but Stacy and Carolyn didn’t. Flavorful and not berry nor earthy, $38

Cherry, blueberry, light plum, dryer dark fruit. Excellent wine. Very smooth. Really good with gyro before OU/houston game. We drank quick. I bet this opens up even better over time.
