Cartizze Spumante Superiore Prosecoo

My third go at this one. Green gold. Fine bubbles. "Delicate" (per my dining partner) apple and pluot on the nose and palate. A bit more weight than expected. Velvety acidity (lees time?). Just enough finish. No bitter aftertaste. This is the Queen of Proseccos. Drink it when you buy it of course.

Didn’t realize this was extra dry when I opened it. Had this as an aperitif. Nice Prosecco. I would have to have something to go with this next time, the sweetness was a tad to much for me to have as a stand alone.
