Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon. The flavor profile is interesting with funky cider notes, but it didn't hold up to my very autumnal scallops, pancetta, Brussels sprouts, potatoes and apple puree. Would have been better as an aperitif, but still not my style. Cloudy golden color, 10.5% alc.
