Smooth. Napa cab dark cherry. Went awesome with beef bourguignon

We had this wine with bone-in rib-eye. It was perfect. A big wine that stood up to a wonderful steak. We followed with dark chocolate covered strawberries. The wine paired beautifully with the chocolate. A smooth new work wine that acts like an old world wine.

Strong plum and cherry flavor. Smooth and delightful finish. Love it!
