Color of grey light brown yellow. Nose of nutty oaky sweetness, nice young green apple, salinity, and freshly cut pear. Taste of ample green apple, salty mineral, low acidity, and a tiny bit of bittersweetness. A bit watery overall. Aftertaste is simple with some grapefruit zest, short. This bottle is a interesting one that reminds you of freshly pressed apple cider.
