Ravines Wine Cellars
Keuka Village White Blend
Ripe yellow apple, ripe pineapple, delicious! A great reason to join the Ravines wine club, this is just about $10! In a great spot tonight at four years old.

Aug 30th, 2020Nose has honey drizzled on citrus peel, (light) candle wax and white flowers.
Palate has sweet citrus, pineapple and under-ripe white peach.
I'm quite satisfied with the development of this bottle, likely can hold until 2021-22, but in a great spot tonight at four years past vintage.

18 month check in, looking good! Picking up light sweetness and new orange-like acidity. Very satisfied, especially at ~$10 (wine club).

Apr 16th, 2019Off-dry blend of NY's FLX region Cayuga & Vignoles, clean notes of white flowers and nice acidity. I love these white blends bringing in the total value package for $15.

Dec 24th, 2017Friday night random whites...
Fresh, clean and refreshing, light White peach notes. Nose is attractive, but a little too cold on first taste, so slightly closed initially.
Off-dry blend of NY's Finger Lakes region Cayuga & Vignoles, nose is really opening up nicely with some air and warming of the wine in the glass. Not overly complex, but this is a solid buy for the $10/$13 (wine club/retail) price.

Excellent. Repeat. Nice white blend. Can taste a little Riesling in the blend.
