Favorite, Cayuga white is a national treasure as a grape. Crisp and mineral. I mean, I get peaches and citrus, lime mostly. This is a delightful wine. All the stars. — 7 years ago

Dark cherry on the nose, peppery plum, definitely stays with you. Seems like it might be heavy but isn’t, yet full bodied and isn’t weighed down — 5 years ago
I prefer reds - but a good buttery white is also fine with me. This is pleasantly buttery but still has crisp mouthwatering acidity with pear and butterscotch on the palate. Clean finish. — 5 years ago

Friday night random whites...
Fresh, clean and refreshing, light White peach notes. Nose is attractive, but a little too cold on first taste, so slightly closed initially.
Off-dry blend of NY's Finger Lakes region Cayuga & Vignoles, nose is really opening up nicely with some air and warming of the wine in the glass. Not overly complex, but this is a solid buy for the $10/$13 (wine club/retail) price. — 9 years ago
